1 tsp chili powder Middle Eastern 7 Spice Mix: 1/4 tsp each cumin, coriander, paprika and sumac, 1/2 tsp salt OR taco seasoning: 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder)

Instructions:

In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat and add the onions and garlic. Cook until softened. Add the beef broth, tomatoes with juice, black beans, corn and spices. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream on top if desired. Enjoy!
